“Is the price worth the taste? $17 cheesesteak with fried onions and American cheese (not standard cooper sharp) as I’m old school, all on a seeded roll. Pound for pound, you are getting some fantastically seasoned steak, and a lot of it!
Listen, people are going to say what their favorite steak shop is, this one is close to my house, but I’d still travel to Dalessandro’s , but this place is pretty much just as, if not better than Dalessandro’s. It’s a pricey sandwich, and I think it comes out to the same amount of 2 Dalessandro’s sandwiches, so there’s that statistical difference.
My pictures are from my sandwich today, 9-21-2025, lunch.
I ate half, split with my wife, and hulled out the other, then filled a Pyrex 7 cup bowl as seen in the picture, and that’s a lot! I have to say the this place edges out Dalessandro’s because you can sit down and eat at the tables or counter. Dalessandro’s used to have a space to eat inside, but since COVID, have not reopened it which is a shame. I have not had a pizza from this place , but I will.“

“What an amazing surprise!! We called EVERYWHERE in Doylestown trying to get prices to cater a backyard wedding of over 70. We called Giovanni‘s on state the week of our wedding and they were not only able to accommodate, but they were the easiest to work with and the most affordable. Then to our surprise the food was phenomenal. Not a single complaint other than I should have ordered more meatballs and chicken cutlets. The BEST in town. We’ll be back!“

“Grabbed a slice of tomato pie after work and the sauce was very sweet. I asked one of the employees if they could heat it up just enough for me to eat right away. My slice came out warm and crispy. Very happy, was in and out in less than 5 minutes.“

“We love their food. But even more, what incredible people. We always order from Delizia, and last night, we ended up having an improptu bithday party. I was hurrying and quickly ordered items from our previous order, not realizing I ordered a calzone instead of the pizza our crowd wanted. When I called, I realized it was totally my fault, and not only did they offer to deliver the pizza, but wouldn't accept our money. And the driver was gone before we could even get a tip to them. They were so gracious. This will continue to be a business we will always support!“

We ordered Peppino's famous tomato pie, the upside down pizza loaded with fresh toppings, Peppino's awesome Italian hoagie and a juicy Roast Pork sandwich. Every bite was delicious. I enjoyed the pancakes and my friends enjoyed the fried chicken and waffles. The food has been consistently flavorful. I ordered the rice bowl with salmon. The portion size was generous, but the salmon was a bit overcooked. The cocktails are varied and absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. The servers have been friendly and attentive. I enjoy the Cage (bar area). It's a fun and cozy atmosphere for adults. I plan to return, soon. I love the place!“

“Working at a pizza place on a very hot day isn’t easy. Ashley was so kind and helped me choose which slice I would like best. She was right. The Nashville Hot is a great addition to the menu. Ashley even cut the regular pizza up into tiny chunks for the kids. We had a wonderful experience because of her.“

“Here in town for work, been craving pizza and decided to check this place out. There is limited seating, but the staff were immediately welcoming, warm, and personable. The pie was done in no time flat, even for not having ordered ahead of time. The prices are fair, the place is clean, and the pizza was everything I had hoped it would be. Don't be afraid to give this place a try, they have a pretty good sized menu and offer milkshakes as well.“

“The pizza was fantastic. I do believe this is mainly for takeout, but there are tables inside. The place was very clean even behind the counter. The special ordered pizza came out really fast. I think it came out less than 10 minutes after we ordered it. It was cooked to perfection. The staff was also friendly and clean. It is conveniently located next to the Mercer museum and we walked to it in about 2 minutes from the museum parking lot. My only complaint is that the dining area is more of an afterthought. But I also have to say, I did notice the cast metal table legs. Nice touch!“

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but we have tried Montgomery Pizza a couple times since moving and it’s been very good. Tonight a meal was missed in our order and I called to let them know we were coming to get it. The person that answered the phone was very apologetic and offered to deliver it. Great customer service! Many restaurants miss an item and I’ve never had one offer to deliver! The dinner was very good to compliment the great customer service.“
