So I’ll be honest…I was skeptical to host a 70th birthday dinner party here because of the mixed reviews on the food. However, the location and ambiance was what I was looking for. the food was so dry. the dessert was bite size not very tasty. the appetizer was so dry the macaroni and cheese was so dry it looked velvetta. need to new cookies. the stuffing was dry.
Literally for years every time we would drive by I would say "we should try that place." Well, finally we did and Oh My Goodness! It was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be going back. Fresh and homemade.They smoke all their meat onsite and bake fresh bread and rolls from what I understand. could not have been more impressed. I wish I remembered our server's name, she was fabulous and informative. (We were there 12/23 5:30pm) So a big Thank you to her also.
