Laurie has always done an amazing job with making any food taste delicious. We were long standing customers at Cafe 301 in Columbia- and will try to visit her as much as we can via her mobile Cafe! Always an array of flavor and texture that makes Laurie's dishes complete. The coffee was great but the food…THE FOOOD!!! So very good. Chef was there chatting with guests, the staff was super helpful, but THE FOOD!!! Shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, real biscuits…Very much impressed.

Laurie brought the food truck to our nursing home to offer their delicious food to our staff, residents, and local businesses as well as passerby’s. The food was so delicious, she sold out! Highly recommend for any events! Our favorites were the chicken and waffles, Mac & Cheese, as well as the soul rolls! Thank you Cafe 301!
