This particular location when we went there today was just okay. The food was not overly appetizing looking and the hash browns were quite soft with no crunch. What was most upsetting was that the electronic board outside had not been updated and the sausage egg and cheese croissant that I ate cost $4.89 when the sign said that it was only $3 flat. Visiting from California for a week. I’ve been stoping at this Store almost everyday and I’ve been seeing different employees. The customer service has been amazing! I was greeted with a smile and the employees were so welcoming. My last day I placed a future order and when I arrived (10 min earlier than my scheduled time), the manager/shift leader (can’t recall who she was) explained to me how the scheduled orders worked and suggested I place the order within 5 minutes...read full review

I ordered a cappuccino here to sit down and work for awhile. The cappuccino was okay for Duncan standards and the service was good too. I was here for a few hours and did notice that the employee banter between one-another was sometimes inappropriate and unavoidable to eavesdrop on. So professional ettiquette could grow in that area but that might only apply to you if you sit down for awhile in this spot.
