The Best Green Goddess salad that I have tasted anywhere. I'm visiting from Houston , Texas and Trio was highly recommended. I'm glad that I went. Everything was fresh and of course I also enjoyed the Buffalo broccoli and the jerk chicken. I love variety and spicy!!!! Excellent.I will be coming back again. Good vibes. My compliments to everyone, especially the person who made my salad!!!! Thanks Stephen.....

Mistakes happen, I've certainly accounted for some at work. I try not to hold that against a person/company too much, it's how it gets handled that truly matters. To receive a personal phone call from the manager to not only apologize, but go above and beyond to make it right... that's how you run a business!! Oh, and try the Bomb Bomb Shrimp, you wont regret it!

I have been to Trio's in the past and I always look forward to ordering the lobster roll. In fact I raved about it to several friends and suggested they go to Trio's for that reason. However last week I went there with some relatives and noticed the price of the lobster roll went up to $30. While this may seem like a lot for a sandwich, I still ordered it. I know lobster is expensive and they always overloaded my sandwich in the past. This was not the case this time. My roll was not even close to being filled. I actually felt embarrassed because I recommended it to others at our table. Had it just been my husband and I, I would have expressed my disappointment to our server, but I did not want to make anyone at our table feel uncomfortable. I will address my concern the next time I go to Trio's hoping this was a rare occurrence and not the new norm.

The menu has so many delicious options I couldn't even decide and took the waitresses word for it...which she wasn't wrong..it was good...but it was way spicier than I intisipated...can't wait to go back and order the right thing for my taste buds
Service was great, great choices on the menu, food was amazing, the place was very busy yet the sound was very controlled.... will definitely be back.

Get to the restaurant we get our drinks and put our daughter’s order in but server doesn’t come back until 30 minutes later to take our order since they have runners for the food. The food was awful, the Mac and cheese tasted like the most artificial cheese sauce in the world, when we came there was only two other tables yet we waited over an hour for food which a runner delivered, our server never checked on us after our food was delivered, had to get another server to bring us our check, a different server cleaned our table all the while I see our server just standing in the back. Our server literally did NOTHING and then was watching me as I put cash on the table , clear to say I left no tip because she didn’t serve us , I have been here before and it wasn’t the greatest but I gave it another chance and it was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
