Honestly the customer service is not good. It seems like they just completely ignore phone calls when they come in and i’ve heard they literally unplug the phone when it rings too much. It just shows they don’t care.
Update on review: the owner did reach out to work on this issue. It was not explained by the waiter that the surcharge is removed when paying with cash nor did he attempt to return it. Anyhow their food is really good, so I would recommend you try them.
