My wife took me to Oliver's on Saturday for a late lunch because we are always looking for new places to have birthday dinner with our family. The place is inviting and you don't feel awkward when entering thinking it's a bar. I was pleasantly surprised after entering, the vibe is a really nice pub that's inviting and comfortable. The hostess/ bartender was a extremely nice woman who was a joy to speak with. Now let's get to the food, very generous portions of some of the best pub food I have tasted and in my 66 years and I have tasted a lot. We are definitely having my birthday dinner here and will be returning on our own with friends. Colver should be very proud of Oliver's, one would think it's in a scary old coal town but Colver itself surprised us, it's a nice little town. Take 422 and take the Colver road where all the coal trucks go, turn right at the stop sign then another right at the next stop sign and it takes you directly to Oliver's, by the way the roads are all good, surprising for back roads. We will be returning often.

Had a 10 person group of coworkers. Outstanding, friendly waitress. I had a steak n cheese sub n fries. Excellent roll. Wife had a steak salad that was very good and a nice size but steak was to be medium but was well done. Sampled some of the wings which were nice n crispy n tasty. A nice place.

Had the pleasure of visiting this place twice this month as I hunt in the area. So far have tried the burger, pizza, and appetizers and everything was excellent so far. Very nice, large open layout, with a great atmosphere. Bartender and server I dealt with excellent as well.

Honestly the customer service is not good. It seems like they just completely ignore phone calls when they come in and i’ve heard they literally unplug the phone when it rings too much. It just shows they don’t care.

The food is excellent!! Cheesesteak hoagie was very good. Hamburger with bacon, my husband said was one of the best he's had. I believe Brant is who waited on us, super nice guy! Great sense of humor. Oh, my fries!! Lots of them and delicious. Jenny and Lloyd claims they're just like McDonald's fries!
