I am taking the time to write this review because I want to share with everyone how truly enjoyable and seamless the experience was. It was an absolute pleasure working with Gary from Ice House Pizza. I was in search of a professional to create a charcuterie board or grazing tray for my wedding, and I had specific requirements, as many of my guests required gluten-free options. Gary was exceptionally hospitable and enthusiastic about creating a customized solution for my wedding reception. He was eager to collaborate with me to ensure that every detail met my expectations. If you are seeking a professional to provide grazing trays for your next event, I highly recommend Ice House Pizza, as they did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with.

Gary is a an outstanding individual who takes pride in his business. There was a small flaw in my order and he went way above and beyond to correct the issue immediately. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable and understanding. I must say he provided the best customer service and interaction I’ve seen in several years and I want him to be recognized for that! This is a wonderful place with a huge menu and lots of creative spins on the menu items. Everything I’ve tried from here was super good! I will definitely make the 25 minute trip just to go eat here in the future! Thank you for your wonderful service.

Asked for ricotta in my cheese calzone and got home(30minute drive) to see there was none and its a huge cheddar cheese ball pretty much

Gary and his team go above and beyond for the residents at Evans Square Apartments!! He has catered quite a few events for us and the food and service are always amazing. Gary is always mindful of our budget and goes out of his way to suggest menus that are economical and tasty! The pepperoni rolls that are available at the counter are a great quick lunch too! Highly recommend Ice House Pizza for lunch, dinner or a catered meal!!

Owner was fantastic and funny. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing choices. Pizzas I never heard of before with every topping imaginable. Subs, pasta and other items as well. Prices were great. Bakery is amazing. Fun to look around. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

Desert we're old. Pizza was excellent but with the desert being old makes me wonder about the pizza toppings.

They have dinners for the day posted up behind cash register. Lots pizza, subs you name it!:) They have a bakery too! Get cookies of all sorts, cannoli's, muffins of every kind made fresh daily! They make fresh fruit salads right below cash register to the right in case delicious an fresh! Drinks of all sorts to go:) Definitely worth the stop in Conneaut Lake across sheets on corner by the light.

The worst pizza I've ever had!! The crust was soggy on the steak lovers pizza. Felt like i was eating bread soaked in water. This is the second time we got pizza from here. The first time, we didn't enjoy it either. After a year, we figured we would try it again. What a mess. We won't be back. How is it that a pizza crust if soggy? Maybe from all the grease that is laying on top of the pizza. Blah

I have stomach cancer and order my food very specifically so I am able to digest it. I should not have to return my sandwich because you decided to make it how you wanted instead.
EDIT. I will also add that the person taking the order repeated back the order, and she wrote it down correctly. I have ordered the SAME order for the last year and a half, so this was not a new request, and we were not new customers. You gave my wife a gift card with no balance, or value printed that is basically useless to anyone. We won't be back!
