My husband went to this Subway yesterday and was met with a person ( male ) that was VERY RUDE ‼️My husband was told that this particular Subway is privately owned and that they DO NOT accept coupons that we got in the mail. Interestingly one of the comments from a couple weeks ago somebody gave them a good review and mentioned that they used a coupon.

Ordered online (with a coupon code) with ease and picked up inside. All 3 subs were delicious and accurate. Lobby was clean and service was awesome. They have a drive through which I have never seen at a subway!

The two ladies in particular that work here consistently do not have great customer service. One is more considerate than the other, but I cannot name names because they don’t wear name tags. Most of my experiences at the Subway while ordering food have been met with passive aggressiveness and an eagerness to get you out the door. The food is ok, but not good enough to compensate the terrible service. I haven’t even mentioned yet the inconsistent hours. Do not go by what it says online, the only times they hold that weekly schedule is maybe on a leap year. Usually you will find a poorly hand written note on the door saying “we are closing at 3:30 today,” if you’re lucky.

It's a decent subway location. If you build your sandwich in store, you'll have a good experience and know exactly what's going on it. If you order online and pick it up here, they will usually forget at least 1 ingredient or forget to toast it depending on the worker at the time. They also dont seem to accept coupons here, and thats a little bit disappointing. But apart from that, if you want a sandwich, this place makes is quick.

A couple of ornery old ladies work here who have terrible customer service, they are super slow and argue with each other right in front of the customers, they make you feel like you are burdening them. The food quality isn’t great and you can’t even see the meats and cheeses they have it hidden, the bread tasted old and stale as well. I will never come back here again, better off driving the Vernon

Women working were rude and ignorant. I have never had suck bad customers service in my life. They acted as if I was stupid and belittled me. Would not come here. I believe you are better off driving to Subway in Meadville.

I tried getting food between 5-6 in the evening. Walked in started to order my food, first red flag is they had it to where you couldn't see the meat they were serving, second and final red flag was when I went to order my vegetables the lettuce was getting brown, could pass but when I went to order the onions they looked like they were in the fridge for a week then served. I pointed it out to the lady and she tried hiding after I saw... And I told her I no longer want the food she's serving and started heading to the door and she continued trying to make me finish the order. I will be calling the better business bureau, along with the state health inspector
