Women working were rude and ignorant. I have never had suck bad customers service in my life. They acted as if I was stupid and belittled me. Would not come here. I believe you are better off driving to Subway in Meadville.

I tried getting food between 5-6 in the evening. Walked in started to order my food, first red flag is they had it to where you couldn't see the meat they were serving, second and final red flag was when I went to order my vegetables the lettuce was getting brown, could pass but when I went to order the onions they looked like they were in the fridge for a week then served. I pointed it out to the lady and she tried hiding after I saw... And I told her I no longer want the food she's serving and started heading to the door and she continued trying to make me finish the order. I will be calling the better business bureau, along with the state health inspector
Can't use the Manufacturer coupon on this store. which is sucks because I'm sure if they allow it, they'll have more customers coming

Every time I order from this restaurant the sun is a complete mess. I worked at subway so I know how the food should be put together and they do not follow the instructions. The tuna sub I ordered the other day gave me food poisoning, after they got done scooping my tuna they switched the containers despite there being half a container of tuna left. I do not recommend going here if your looking for a subway.

Don't ask for diced onions here! I had mouth surgery and FOUR times during FOUR visits I had asked for simple diced onions on my sub. NOPE. Per the employees AND the Manager, they will not dice ANYTHING and will only serve what they have the way they have it. " Employees might cut themselves when attempting to dice." Not that they have to use sharp knives for literally everything else. NO OTHER Subway has ever given even the slightest of problems when asking for diced onions. I even let the other Subway's know about the Conneaut Lake location's 'rules' and they are caught between laughter and disbelief. Never going there again.....unless they get a competent manager.

Old ladies don’t listen to what you want and then they don’t add the drink and chips to your meal and you end up paying for them separately even though you paid for the meal in the first place and they said they can’t do anything about it. Probably my fifth time there and they have never got my order correct and had terrible customer service. I don’t typically leave reviews but someone’s got to say something.

First customer of the day. Waited 10 minutes for worker to come while the one came out got a drink and disappeared. Bread must have been yesterday's as it was stale. Not good

I used curbside pickup today. Instead of saying thank you for the order and have a nice day like you should the lady proceeded to tell me they have a drive thru and I could have used that. I have had excellent service and the food came out great all the other times I have been here. But I am only rating based on todays experience. No reason to be like that when I was following the instructions sent to me after ordering. ?♀️
