Bali Moon Sushi and Ramen Bar

I ordered Chicken Asisoda Chicken and Gyoza and had doordash deliver it. The food was awesome and hot when it arrived. Everything was very good, but the big (and tasty) surprise was the sauce for the Gyoza. Most places have a sweet soy based sauce, but this was a sweet and not soy based basis. It was incredible, and i would easily order it again.

We came here as a last minute Bach party meal and it was the best choice! The workers were so nice and friendly. The place was nice and clean.
The food! The food was so SO good. The sushi was super tasty and we all got ramen and it was delicious. The broth was so filling and everything was cooked to perfection. We totally recommend this place.

Finally connellsville has a ramen and sushi bar! My wife and I stumbled on this today while looking for a ramen bar near by. Usually we have to go to Greensburg or Uniontown or Latrobe. When we found these guys had just opened we sat up in bed and said we have to go now. We went in and ordered both Tonkotsu ramen and sushi. The broth wasn't what I was expecting but I think it's just the Bali brothers style. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to make ramen. There is thousands of different ways. Everything was amazing. We actually couldn't finish our ramen which is unusual so we took it to go and also ordered more sushi for later tonight. Weve both vowed to come back once a week and order something different from the menu each time until we have tried everything. The staff (who I think are the owners) were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The food came right out and was perfect. Highly recommend. They will have door dash soon! Everyone needs to stop in and order sushi!

Service was great. But sushi rice was overcooked. Tonkotsu broth was more like chicken broth (not milky at all) and lacked flavor. Chashu was way undercooked - hard to bite through.
