My Hero’s! My husband & I stopped here many mornings during a 2 week stay in nearby hotel. Coffee was always good & hot, staff was polite, and always had someone wiping down tables, & doors, or sweeping… They even remembered I prefer less cream cheese on bagel after second visit. (No slackers here (compared to the clueless crews down in FL) Anyway- enjoyed our Dunkin while leaving town, but didn’t realize until stopping in MD that my purse was not in the car!...

I'm always sad that my local Dunkin is one of the worst I go to. I travel extensively and can say it is one of the worst for service. It is ALWAYS slow and I cannot tell you how many times my orders (order through the app) are incorrect. Should be pretty easy to follow the order I would think? I've had refreshers that tasted like water (no flavor) and coffee I've had to spill out. Wraps are over cooked and dried out and muffins taste stale.

Just did face lift remodeling of location. Just like brand new. Fascinating fact watching the traffic of cars coming thru drive thru and walk ins coming in for the selections. It's jammed pack with customers in the queue of cars from 6am till 12. Just a constant flow of business it has. Makes me think about buying in on a franchise location myself 🤔🤫🤑
