The cookies were amazing! The customer service was HORRIBLE! One employee was extremely rude, cocky, and mimicked me when I was talking. I was shocked to find out the manager was sitting at a desk but never got up to fix the problem! This is the first time my family and I have been to Conshohocken and will be the last! Insomnia Cookies please reevaluate your employees.
