We went for breakfast. They have a very nice size breakfast menu. All of the regular items along with some unique items. The Babka French Toast was very good. If you have a sweet tooth at breakfast time order the Cinnamon Babka French Toast. The Benedicts all looked good. The Nova Benedict was good. The Breakfast Burito was a very good size. Stop and try them. We plan to try for lunch next time

Ordered an incredible 2-tiered cake from Izenbergs Bakery and was thoroughly impressed with the design and the delicious taste! Highly recommend Izenbergs for special occasion custom cakes!

Great Jewish deli/dinner spot. Had a matzo ball soup, pastrami egg and cheese on an everything bagel, and the Rachel sandwich with pastrami. Anything I'm with their pastrami is amazing!

Will only ever order cakes from baked in conshy by izenbergs. Two years in a row they made cakes for my son’s birthdays and both years they were over the top beautiful and delicious. Everyone at each party raved about the cakes. Cannot go wrong here.

A worker here catcalled my wife on her way from the library. Not holding the restaurant accountable but this gentleman's actions aren't appreciated ?

I don't order from here as often as I used to. The food is great, but I have yet to receive my full order. There's always something missing. Sometimes it's a soup, sometimes it's a sandwich. Today it was the eggs I ordered with the sausage and biscuits. I don't know if they have a problem reading grubhub orders or something, but it's really annoying that they always miss something. Today was the first time I've ordered in a few months and I was hoping they figured it out, but sadly no. They just can't seem to get an order right ?

When I'm the mood for Jewish food, Izenberg's is my new go to! We just moved into the neighborhood and so happy for this taste of home!

Stopped in closer to closing time than I'd meant to, and the staff was still willing to seat me and also very friendly and helpful. I had a cup of tomato basil soup and the tofu benedict. The soup was good, but not amazing (still tasty though!). It's just that Couch Tomato is nearby and their tomato basil soup is hard to beat. However, the tofu benny was excellent. The sauce was a bit clumpy looking, but everything tasted great. The English muffin was nicely crisped under the sauce, and the tomato added a nice touch and really boosted the savory flavor of the tofu scramble and sauce. It's hard to do a good vegan version of this dish and most I've tried have been disappointing but this was really delicious. Before coming in, I'd read online that their vegan menu may no longer be on offer, so I called ahead to confirm that it was still available. I was told that it was, and when I arrived, I received a printed physical copy of the vegan menu matching the one on their website. I'm not sure if there was a time it had been discontinued, but for now it seems good to go. I will have to come back and try some of the other vegan options!

My visit was on August 29, 2023. Because I'd read that they may no longer have the vegan menu, I called ahead and was assured that they do. When I arrived, I received a printed physical copy of the vegan menu matching the website: so all seems good on that front. I had a cup of tomato basil soup and the tofu Benedict. The soup was good, but there's a nearby restaurant with a somewhat better one. However, the tofu benny was excellent. The sauce was a bit clumpy looking, but everything tasted great. The English muffin was nicely crisped under the sauce, and the tomato added a nice touch and really boosted the savory flavor of the tofu scramble and sauce. Service was super friendly and helpful. Will have to come back and try some of the other vegan options!
