Ordered through Uber Eats. Extremely disappointed with the food safety on this order. I ordered the Greek bowl, and the salad arrived completely warm (well over 70°F). The lettuce was entirely wilted and there was a pool of liquid at the bottom of the container. Cold food needs to be kept cold. I couldn't eat it and Will not be ordering from here again.

Today was different than other days.. The girl with a heavy Puerto Rican accent attended. She seemed more interested in the supplies delivery than me. She thought I was a service pick at first.. gave me the worse of the food and charged me 4 dollars more than the other day for less options.. I will not visit again if this happens.. 5/13/26... What a find.. awesome food.. As a Latino, I always look for food similar to mine.. This is awesome!!!

This is really good inexpensive Mediterranean food, but don’t ever try to order here with someone else picking up your food. If there is an issue, you literally cannot call the store. You can call, but if their AI can’t solve your problem, you can’t speak to a live person.

This Mezeh location on Ridge Pike has very professional staff members that make sure that the high quality food is made with care. You can see in my reviews pictures/video that all the ingredients are fresh and very organized for customers to pick what they want on their meals. Keep up the good work ethic 👍

I haven’t been here yet and am looking forward to trying. After reading so many excellent reviews and the handful complaining about their interactions with staff, it seems as though the issue could be the customers’ attitudes creating a negative situation.
