If I could give a -zero for this review, I would. Upon walking in the door to outback it was a horrible experience. (it was freezing) once seated at the table we didn’t receive any utensils nor greeting. We ordered some chicken wings for appetizers which were raw. I asked the waiter for napkins and didn’t receive Any until Once we received our chicken wings back, the waiter told us not to enjoy them.. Once the main entrée Came it was cold, I ordered a Joey sirloin for my son which came back extremely hard, and my son couldn’t chew it at this point the waiter was nowhere to be found to complain. The cleaning lady kept tapping her hair At the checkin counter (as if it hasn’t been cleaned in two months.) which was right next to our table. We got fed up and left our food behind Unfortunately, we paid our bill with deep disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this outback to anyone

Takeout for just a blooming onion is devious, but it’s my go to on a weekend. Communication (text updates) and time from order to pick up are great, and the food is always hot and order accurate. Whenever there’s a special note on an order, it is acknowledged. I appreciate the personal notes from the owner on some bags mentioning they’re part of a community and appreciation for patronage. Great place for a bite.

We ordered a curbside pickup. I always have apprehension when I do that. Anywhere really. But I'm happy to say there wasn't any here. The food was hot and fresh, and they didn't forget anything. Couldn't ask them for anything more.

I had such a wonderful dining experience at Outback Steakhouse recently, and I just have to give a shoutout to the amazing staff who made it so memorable!
Our server, Alonna, was absolutely fantastic—she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, she made us feel like we were her top priority the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who truly enjoys what they do, and it shows in how she treats her guests!
To top it off, who I believed to be the manager Tina made a point to check in on every table, including ours. Tina went out of her way to bring some cool Shark memorabilia for my Step son that made him overjoyed. You could feel how much they cared about creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone in the restaurant. That personal touch really stood out and made the night feel extra special.
The whole atmosphere was warm and inviting—from the friendly smiles to the cozy dining environment. Outback has always been a favorite of mine, but this visit truly raised the bar. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food, exceptional service, and a team that genuinely values their guests! We will most definitely be back!

Ordered take out, food was ready quickly. I pulled up, someone was out to inquire my name prior to pulling up and placing the number of my space in the app. Food was out moments later. Included the delicious pumpernickel bread as well too!

I was in here the other day and what I witnessed was absolutely horrific 2 sisters were having a full on argument with each other while other people are trying to eat their food the things they said to each is absolutely disgusting . I will never step foot into this dive ever again.

For a store that's obviously not receiving the full warmth of the Outbacks financial attention they have taken away the front desk the woodwork is beginning to look worn and shabby The staff is still trying to make it work.
