Pop's Steaks is an incredible and awesome spot, making its mark in an area overflowing with great food. The cheesesteak is next-level, phenomenal, and possibly the best one outside the city. The ribeye cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak are also phenomenal. They are served on a fantastic seeded bun, with extra Cooper Sharp cheese available. The beef tallow fries are very rich and flavorful. The food is absolutely incredible, so fresh and full of flavor, with top-notch steak quality. Many find it worth every penny.
The staff is fantastic and the service is great. Orders are prepared fast, with a very short wait for a fresh cheesesteak. Some feel the pricing is a little too steep, with a sandwich, fries, and drink costing a significant amount. Parking can be inconvenient, but many find the experience totally worth the effort. The sandwiches are generously portioned. It is an absolute must and a highly recommended spot.
