Just called the 113 W Ridge Pk Primo’s to order lunch for my coworkers and myself and was hung up on. The employee was not friendly, seemed annoyed to be taking phone orders and then hung up because I asked a question. This employee asked what the “works” were. I asked what normally comes on a hoagie and he hung up.
An ignorant employee can ruin your business and clientele. Warning to the owners
I ordered the largest hoagie and when I went to eat it........NO tomatoes and NO onions were on my italian hoagie.
The staff was busy chit chatting among themselves and not making sandwiches.
I liked the hoagie, but it wasn't made to my instructions. Very disappointed.
