Their mozzarella sticks used to be battered but now it’s been replaced with 5, frozen bulk manufacturing mozzarella stick for $8. Price gauging at its finest. No thanks

I order frequently online for pick up on my way home. No matter what time I arrive (even 10-15 min after my pick up time) my order is NEVER ready. I always have to wait at least 5-10 minutes. What is the point of ordering in advance? Most times what I order - plain tomato pie- is on counter ready to go.

The burger was ok tasting but incredibly sloppy and way way overpriced. I didn't realize it was going to be so expensive for a single burger that doesn't even come with fries. Never again for me.

I was just disappointed that they closed early on Monday night. It was going to be my first time there. Their website and storefront said they were open until 9pm. However, when I got there at 8:40pm they had already closed their kitchen.

I was surprised tonight with a BBQ provolone hamburger for dinner. I was a little hungry having just got done at the gym, but in no uncertain terms the hamburger was one of if not the best Ive yet had in Conshy. It looks like Ill be coming back in soon.
I have to give a huge shout out to the GM, James. The last two times my order was not correct, and he personally reached out to me to rectify it. It’s very rare you get this kind of customer service, as well as such a positive experience. This is truly what keeps loyal customers ! Great job, James!!
