Horrible staff and poor food quality. Also, i think everyone that works here must be deaf. In person and over the drive thru speaker you have to repeat everything 5-6 times and then they still don’t get your order right.

Unfortunately they have no human workers to take your order and you have to use a machine, but the problem is the machines don’t work. Everyone waited forever for the Machines to take their orders. Apparently I waited for nothing because it never counted my order. The other major issue is they don’t give you a receipt so you don’t have your proof of order and can’t argue if they make a mistake. If you’re going to go here only use the drive thru to ensure your order goes thru an actually human being.

There must have been something else going on tonight. The service was unfortunately extremely slow so not up to the typical standards of Wendy’s. Hopefully it’s just a blip on the radar and that they will be back to normal tomorrow.

Wendy's is definitely delicious fast food. Still wish they has a vegetarian option other than fries. Also, I wish the fish sandwich was around year round.

Went through the drive thru 7/3/25 around 8pm. After ordering and pulling around the window we asked how much. We gave the exact amount with the explanation of receiving a $5 dollar bill back. The girl at the window gave us $4 dollars and change. When asked why she said don't know put the wrong amount in. It's sad how people can't think without a computer. Then to top it off the so called manager got very nasty as she couldn't figure the simple math But the past of all is the food was the worst I've ever had. Cold fries the burgers were drenched in mayo. Throughout the whole bag. Just horrible never again.

The night girl, the Indian chick is ignorant you asked for a piece of lettuce, added to my sandwich She said she cannot do that. The food is made all the food was cold and nasty. I don’t know how you mess fries up or a burger. You need to retrain these people that work at this place.

Pretty terrible service. Stood in line for 25 mins watching customers struggle greatly with the order kiosk machine. There were lots of staff but only catering to the drive thru. When I asked if the kiosk was the only way to order, they rudely told me in a minute someone would come over. Waited another 7 mins and no one came over. I left. Should close the dining area!
