Wendy’s is usually better than McDonalds or Burger King… Usually. But not this Wendy’s, this Wendy’s is hot garbage. Overdone fries that weren’t edible and greasy burgers. There is a McDonalds and Burger King down the street from this place, and they’re not great, but they’re better than this Wendy’s.

Wendys Ridge Pike Conshohocken- Very disappointed for the first time. Pulled into the drive thru and ordered an unsweetened iced tea and a diet coke. Got a sweet tea and a regular coke. Had to pull around and go inside. We had to wait as no one was at the front. When someone came to the front and we explained the problem, they just gave us cups and said you can get your own. Wasted time with bad service outside and poor service inside.

I placed an order through Uber Eats, and the food was already ready when I arrived there. I waited for twenty minutes, spoke with someone, and he was very rude to me and didn’t pay any attention to me at all

The pregnant girl at the register was so rude like miss I didn’t get you pregnant. My grandmother and I ordered our food and she originally said no to no sauce on the side then changed her mind. The girl talking about some 30 cents for sauce that was to already come with the meal like can a person not change their mind? I’m not paying you for a sauce that was already included. I could see if I asked for additional but you’ve lost your mind asking that. Plus, I’m sitting here eating my food and the bun is hard and my fries are cold!

Went there for a junior frosty that I have a coupon for and instead of telling me I can do a combination the woman that took my order kept asking me chocolate or vanilla and was very unprofessional.
This Wendy's doesn't even deserve a one star!!!. Kiosk doesn't work properly and it said pay cash at counter. Go to counter but notice everyone behind us is getting their order. I ask employee and she said your order got cancelled cause youre paying cash. Told her your Kiosk made that decision for me. One employee is yelling that their busy. Then manager pulls up order and now we are placed last of about 8 people in line. This place is so disorganized, unfriendly and is in need of customer service classes!!
