I just ordered the apple pecan salad ? and the lettuce was wilted the chicken was dried out and it smelled sour. "I know it's blue cheese on it"but it shouldn't have smelled like that. Sorry worst Wendy's in this area.

The bathroom was disgusting. Rusted & corroded sink fixtures. Dried urine on the toilet and seat. Floors were greasy and tacky. No toilet paper in the women's side. Had to go to the men's room. That was worse. No soap in the men's restroom for handwriting. The light fixture above my table had a bulb out. The dual sided shade had dust bunnies hanging down between them. One of the red glass covers was missing from another. Dried Flys were observed on the bulb. The vents in the dining area were slightly rusted and very dusty. If I had noticed these things before I ate? I wouldn't have eaten. But, the young man who took our order was prompt. He greeted us upon e tering, took our orders, suggested additional menu items. Repeated the order back to us before completing the sale, and asked if we needed anything while we were eating. Noticed he stayed busy. He was restocking the dining area, gathering trays, wiping off the tables, and sweeping the lobby while others were standing around talking, and in cell phones.

I only ever order a child’s meal and it’s never been right. I ordered a 4 for $4. They left out the nuggets. You only had to count 4 items! How do you miss one…literally makes no sense.

Slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. The dining room was closed so it was drive-thru only, yet they could only process about one car every 10-15 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker, the cashier asked me to wait for several minutes before finally taking my order. There were at least 4 people working in the restaurant, so I can't conceive of what took so long. I had a long drive ahead of me and had already been significantly delayed, so I would have gone elsewhere if I had any idea it would be this slow.The food was mediocre at best. My burger wasn't heated up all the way.

Intended to enjoy JUST a burger and fries before seeing a movie, ordered at 6pm, at 6:25 I still didn’t have my food and I had to leave for my movie ☹️I did catch an employee delivering food to someone im sure was there before me, but all he said was, “we’re backed up” with no apology, empathy, or assurance I even would get my food. I can understand understaffing and a dinner rush, but even by fast food standards, this was WAY too long of a wait for service.I do want to give them the benefit of the doubt the food is decent, but next time I visit (if I do) I’ll just have to arrive an hour early for when I want my food I guess!
