The bathroom was disgusting. Rusted & corroded sink fixtures. Dried urine on the toilet and seat. Floors were greasy and tacky. No toilet paper in the women's side. Had to go to the men's room. That was worse. No soap in the men's restroom for handwriting. The light fixture above my table had a bulb out. The dual sided shade had dust bunnies hanging down between them. Intended to enjoy JUST a burger and fries before seeing a movie, ordered at 6pm, at 6:25 I still didn’t have my food and I had to leave for my movie ☹️I did catch an employee delivering food to someone im sure was there before me, but all he said was, “we’re backed up” with no apology, empathy, or assurance I even would get my food. Service is pathetic you need to have a lot of patience just to order something from counter. Even after ordering they just put your food at collection point nobody calls or tell that your food is present.
