While camping at Cook Forest, I stopped by Copney's BBQ to grab some lupper before heading home. I purchased the fender bender. Fries with cheese and pulled pork. It was delicious!
My husband and I stopped here for lunch while visiting from NJ and this place was absolutely PHENOMENAL. The fender bender fries are literally to die for and the deep fried cornbread was just so delicious. The owner was very pleasant to talk to. If we ever come this way again we will def be back !
Great BBQ place by the river. Generous portions with delicious, spicy sauce. Will definitely be back the next time we visit Cook Forest.

Copney’s BBQ is a phenomenal spot for BBQ lovers! The Fender Bender fries are a must-try, while the pulled pork sandwich is amazing. The owners are super friendly and the atmosphere is cool, with outdoor seating and views of the river. There is plenty of room for kids to run around, with a playground in the back. The fresh cut fries make everything better, whether as a side or in the Fender Bender. A great selection of choices and excellent service await you at Copney’s BBQ!
