When I first moved to Coopersburg I tried all the pizza shop, and surprisingly all of them were good in their own way, but Carlos was the one that stuck out to me. Tony over there makes a great pie, he’s super friendly and you can taste the years of experience in every bite. When you walk in there it’s like an old school pizza shop.
