Have been visiting this restaurant recently and have not been disappointed. The name may be Mexican but they serve all types and kinds of great food; a reason, why I like to go there. Last week, with a chill in the air, I decided to try their chili; OMG, so very good. Not a thick sauce (which I like) and full of such good and tasty ingredients; both, the chili and fries, that I had together. Not disappointed. If you're hungry and want to visit a really nice restaurant, easy access off Rt. 309 in Coopersburg with a lot of parking and great food and nice atmosphere. Check this place out, The New Santiago's Restaurant; trust me, you won't be disappointed.

They have a full menu of entree choices from Mexican, American, Italian all prepared fresh. Good portions with plenty to take home for another meal. Diners chose shrimp stir fry on rice, stuffed flounder, Broiledd flounder and turkey croquettes.

Stopped on a whim while passing through 309 and glad I did. Food was great and everyone was so friendly. I wish I'd gotten my servers name because she was so sweet and attentive.

The food here is really good. I went here for breakfast for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, the restaurant doesn't look like much, but the inside is very clean and the service was friendly.
