The food here is really good. I went here for breakfast for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, the restaurant doesn't look like much, but the inside is very clean and the service was friendly.

I went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The food was great and very friendly service! It’s a small place, but it’s nice and cozy! My new breakfast spot when I’m in Coopersburg for sure! Other places around the area are way too noisy for my liking.

My first visit to Santiago's Diner was excellent! The food, atmosphere, service and value were as good or better than any of the other Lehigh Valley dinners I've frequented in the past 30 years. The cleanliness of the restaurant itself was unmatched as well.

Love their Mexican dishes as well as other menu items. Had their stuffed pepper dinner special and it was so tasty. Great, friendly service. They offer a salad bar which I love. Everything is fresh and delicious.

The food here is fantastic, the price is reasonable, and the staff is so delightful. My favorites are the chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, and corned beef hash and eggs!

This was our first time dining here and we stopped in for breakfast. From the moment we walked inside the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and spotless inside, even the bathroom. Although the bathroom was small, it has all new appliances and looked like fresh paint. The food was wonderful and decent helpings. Coffee was good and full of flavor unlike some places that seem watered down. Desserts looked amazing and I would’ve loved to try them but being diabetic, that isn’t an option for me. We will be going back and I do recommend trying it out, you won’t be disappointed.
