stopped today. bathrooms are out of service and have been for a few weeks. today I got served a sandwich on a roll that was rock hard. w terrible subway

Inaccurate hours. Claims they are open until 9:30, arrived at 8:30 and store was already closed.

Veryyyy rude customer service. Stopped in around 7 pm and was the only customer inside . I told the guy I had a coupon for a foot long , and simply asked when it was made if he could cut it in half and only toast half of it . (There was no way I’d be able to eat the whole thing - and I only stopped bc someone gave me the coupon ). He argued with me telling me no he won’t do that because I would need a coupon for 2x six inch subs for him to do that. We went back and fourth to the point where I left . Pretty crappy experience.

This place was a pretty horrible first subway experience and honestly makes me not want to go back, when looking at the menu the man at the counter was rushing us urging us to hurry up and order, so I just ordered the first thing I saw do no get the churros they tasted expired with a bitter taste in the middle I’m not sure what that is. They were also rude when I tired to use a gift card to pay rushing me through the whole thing when there was literally no one else there. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Ordered my sandwich and was told I couldn’t eat inside at they were cleaning. It was 730 and no one was cleaning. Terrible way to treat a customer.

Don't answer their phone so I can find out if they accept coupons. Already drove to the closer one and they told me at the door they don't accept. I'm not wasting my time and money if Subway won't tell you before hand. I'm throwing out the coupons at this point.

I was on the road for a couple hours and stopped by here to get lunch. I didn’t eat anything all day and got a sandwich. I noticed first thing was the produce looked a bit off. But ignored it and still ordered a sandwich. I wish I didn’t… I have gotten food poisoning from the sandwich and had to repeatedly stopped to used the bathroom after 30 mins eating here. I would avoid this place.

I went in for the hyped up churro’s. What a disgrace to Cinnabon. They should feel disrespected to have their brand on the label. It tasted like a dry piece of cardboard, not anywhere near similar to a churro. Not worth the 15 minute wait. Not worth the drive. Or the money spent. What a disappointment. Take off your menu, and if any of your other “footlong sidekicks” taste anything like this one just remove them all and stop trying to sell them to customers because it’s just trash. 0/10 would NEVER recommend to anyone. Anyone reading this review do yourself a favor and find yourself a REAL churro or make one at home.

Spartan Card Sponsor Spotlight!I want to thank a returning sponsor of the Southern Lehigh Spartan Card Program - - - Subway in Coopersburg. This Subway location has been serving the Community for years and does a great job making fresh sandwich options for everyone.Today, Subway helped the Football Booster Club feed our Junior Varsity Football Team prior to their game tonight in Quakertown. The sandwich boxes were wonderful and the service was awesome. Thank you Subway team!

Do not go here. New owner is ruining this establishment. I loved coming here when topstar owned it but the new private owner is rude, dirty, and doesn’t care about his customers or employees.
