I placed an order online several hours in advance, paid and included a tip. Ten minutes prior to picking up my order I got a call that my order would not be ready for 45 more minutes. As we do not live near by and were on our way there I just stopped by to figure out what went wrong and how I could get food for my granddaughter's birthday. After a bit of an argument, I was refunded for the food, but not the tip. When I pointed that out they just argued with me. I ordered a slice for a very hungry five year old and tried to figure out what they had for me to get for the rest of my family. They clearly did not want to accommodate me in any way and told me they were understaffed. We also pointed out told them the delivery driver was parked in the handicap spot and they did not seem to care about that, but my,100% disabled combat veteran, husband did care that he had to walk so far to get in the pizza place and they were just being rude and argumentative about their mistake. We are fairly new to the area, and thought this looked like a great pizza place, but this situation made me more than a little upset. I usually only write good reviews, but being sworn at in front of my 5 year old granddaughter was too much. Rude, rude, rude. Don't take online orders if you can't fill them and don't call 10 minutes out to say an order wasn't made.

This pizza place is fantastic. If you’re in the Moon Township area, stop by and grab a slice or a whole pie. There are quite a few choices to pick from if you’re just ordering a slice. I remember there’s cheese, cheese, and pepperoni. There is a buffalo chicken pizza with sausage and cheese, pepperoni, and two others. The owner was there, and he was super nice and very polite. I was waited on right away. The owner offered to reheat the pizza to either make it hot or crispy, which I thought was super nice of him. My pizza was to go, and it was a super large slice. It was easily the size of two pieces. There is seating outside and around the corner. This is one of the best pizza shops I’ve been to.

Food is awesome, and open late, but if grub hub is a delivery option, choose that. I'm now waiting 2hours for delivery through restaurant. All previous orders were through grub hub and had food in 45min. My favorite Italian wedgie and Carrot cake

I've been ordering from AJ Bambino for almost 8 yrs now. My family & I are regular customers. Their food is amazing. They are very clean. The Philly steak hoagies & spinach pizza are a plus other than the regular pizza & hoagies that we've gotten. The only bummer is the prices went up but I guess they have to in our economy right now.

AJ Bambos is a wonderful pizza parlor. The owner is friendly, helpful, and courteous. We are lucky to have a pizza shop like this in our neighborhood. It’s very clean and timely.
The food used to be better, especially when a brazilian dude used to work there. Now the wings didn't have flavor and the pasta sauce had a weird taste
