this morning I got serviced under cooked pretzel it was chewy and they over charged me for ice coffee I will never come back here terrible food please stay away from here
Basically the only place open in the airport after 8 pm. Flights are constantly getting delayed way past midnight, leaving people tired and hungry, but they refuse to make any food and only offer what is in the case. In the case at 8:30 pm: 2 pretzels and 1 cup of mini pretzels. So from around 8:30 to 10:00 they only sell what's leftover.
Why is it even open til 10 pm if they are not going to provide service? Really horrible for those of us that get stuck all hours of the night and nothing is open.
This place is so funny to me. McDonald's is right next door and always has a long line of people, but this place never has anyone in line. That's because their prices are INSANELY high. Maybe if they lowered their prices, they'd have more customers. Business 101.

horrid
Great experience compared to everywhere else in the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Got a sausage pretzel and lemonade, it was fantastic. Great option when everywhere else closed earlier than there posted time….

I ordered a Diet Coke and the girl behind the counter said you can grab one off of the counter cooler. and it was warm. I asked her if she had a cold one and she slammed my change down and walked to the back. I thought she was just ignoring me. She then came back and slammed my cold Coke on the counter and walked away. You did not need this kind of attitude in your business. She was awful. This was at gate A-1 at the Pittsburgh airport Tuesday, April 16 at 3 PM

I’ve flown out of here many many times, but have never stopped in to try this Auntie Anne’s until this morning. The airport was packed and so was Chick Fil A, and when I saw no one here, I stopped by. They make really tasty sandwiches from their pretzel dough and they offer sausage, egg, & cheese or bacon, egg, & cheese. I got the sausage, egg, & cheese and it was excellent! The bun was incredible and the ingredients on it tasted good and fresh.Would definitely stop in again!

While it may be pricy the pretzels are always fresh when I stop here. I work in the airport and have them pretty regularly. This location accepts the Auntie Anne's App and I was happy to see that because many of the other franchises like Dunkin' Donuts and Chik Fil A do not. They are forced to match street prices in Pittsburgh Airport from around Pittsburgh or a similar business. I don't have an issue buying them because I know that I am in an airport and their boss takes good care of them from what I hear from the workers.
Ordered a large coffee and a sausage egg sandwich. The bill was $22 and change with a tip. Got a small coffee and less than desirable sandwich that was loaded with grease or butter. After considering getting my coffee and breakfast here in the mornings, then trying it, we’ll let’s just say that won’t happen again.NOT A FAN. AND WILL NOT RETURN.IT WAS A RIP OFF! Food court between 4-5am
My daughter likes the pretzels here. When she's happy, I am happy.

Owner is weird and defensive. 50/50 chance if they’re open or not.
Friendly staff, incredible pretzels as always!
Priced based on surrounding Auntie Anne’s near Pittsburgh. While it is higher than many street areas I expect higher prices at airports and other specialty venues. Pretzel was great!
If you are ever flying in or out of Pittsburgh International Airport. You should stop by. There are 2 locations. A and D concourse. Friendly service and the fastest lines. And btw. They have breakfast sandwiches. A bit pricey but they are worth it
Pretzel was fresh and served ok as an emergency lunch. It was not entirely to my taste, but your mileage may vary. However I do think that $11 for a pretzel and water is a lot of money. I was desperate and my employer was paying so I went for it, but if it had been me paying, I think I would have looked elsewhere and risked going hungry.
