Pittsburgh used to be the best flying option in our area. Not anymore. The Shuttle system is a complete and utter failure. Price of parking is ridiculous as well. We are now flying out of Columbus.
Feb 14 2026 returning to Pittsburghs new and "improved" terminal from international flight not as wonderful as I expected..those escalators are def not bag friendly ..especially when you have a lot of them and the crowds pushing you along ALSO
parking for shuttle lot is not marked clearly..I asked girl at customer service and apparently I wasn't the only one confused by the signs!

The lounge is well-maintained, with a bar for drinks, including a spicy Bloody Mary. It has a quiet area with cushioned, comfortable seats and soft music, making it a peaceful place to relax. Guests can enjoy a long table with chairs that offers views of planes coming and going, as well as partitioned spots for privacy if working. The restroom is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. While the club could improve by being open on Saturdays to better serve leisure travelers, it remains a neat and relaxing place to unwind before a flight.
