i order the same drink everything i go here, but they make it different EVERYTIME, the employees don’t really make my order the way i tell them to. They substitute or just don’t add the right ingredients in my drink. Do better on customer service and listening skills!!

I don't get stuff from here often, but the donuts are great & the coffee is decent. Had the signature Churro iced latte recently, it is delicious!

As a local that visits often, they are frequently out of items even if it’s early morning/afternoon. If you placed a mobile order, you’re out of luck and they can’t refund you your money.
Used to be a solid Dunkin but has went downhill very quickly. Mobile orders used to be ready upon arrival. Nowatleast 15 minutes.

My review is unfortunately not positive, like most of the reviews for this store. Dunkin', as a brand, has good coffee and food. Specifically, for this store, the service is always SO slow. It's pretty obvious it's because they struggle to keep employees and are understaffed. It is in a prime location right next to the ramp to get on 376 and there are several hotels/businesses on the same street so it's always busy. Plan ahead if you are in a rush. I waited for 15 mins in drive thru line.

Got to watch out turning into the parking lot. Right turn, right turn, blind bump out and scrape on right turn in front of the building as 90 or more people also bottomed out there reading all the scrape marks on the beveled curb.
