My review is unfortunately not positive, like most of the reviews for this store. Dunkin', as a brand, has good coffee and food. Specifically, for this store, the service is always SO slow. It's pretty obvious it's because they struggle to keep employees and are understaffed. It is in a prime location right next to the ramp to get on 376 and there are several hotels/businesses on the same street so it's always busy. Plan ahead if you are in a rush. Got to watch out turning into the parking lot. Right turn, right turn, blind bump out and scrape on right turn in front of the building as 90 or more people also bottomed out there reading all the scrape marks on the beveled curb.

I always feel rushed, the wait staff looks very stressed. You know attitudes change when you are so Stressed if my last experience was my first, their would not be a second! Yes, I will be going back, everyone has a bad day or 2!!!! :)
