This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a very convenient spot with a really nice and well set-up store. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and the energy is completely different from other locations. Employees are super friendly, talkative, and handle incredibly entitled and impatient customers with grace and kindness. The customer service is top tier, and everyone is kind and personable. It is super fast to get in and out, and drinks are prepared quickly and perfectly 98% of the time. The atmosphere inside is great for relaxing, and the food is good as well. This is one of the best Starbucks ever visited, especially compared to other locations that can feel cold or transactional. It stands out as the nicest group of people in the Pittsburgh area. The experience is consistently good, making it worth going 10 minutes out of the way daily. Definitely recommended for a place to relax and gather thoughts.
