Rude staff. Obviously manners and mutual respect weren’t taught to the staff by those who raised them. Customer Service is deplorable. The barista at the was very entitled. She handed me a bag and said “Lemon loaf!” I said, “Is that lemon pound cake?” I’m not familiar with the menu names. She replied, “I’m sorry I follow rules.” Oj! Was I shocked at the attitude.
