I have no complaints. They always seem busy when I go, and I know I may have to wait a few and that's more than ok. Would recommend. Their regular black hot coffee is much better than starbies. Doesn't taste burnt..

The employees here are some of the rudest service staff in Moon. Couple that with low quality food and no accountability from management and you have a recipe for disaster. Avoid this place like the plague

I ordered a drink and i used 300 points for munchkins. At the window they said I didn’t order munchkins, i then explained i used 300 points of my rewards from them. then they said i can go around and order them. so i pulled up my app which shows that i used my rewards and they took my points. following them agreeing to give my my donuts while clearly not believing me, my drink didn’t even have whip cream or the drizzle it was supposed to. the window girl was very passive after this. mainly, instead of taking a moment to discuss the issue and allowing me to show my receipt they already assumed i didn’t order any and were rude.

Go there before work...got a 6.00 meal ask for an everything bagel with cream cheese. Got a plain bagel, no cream cheese and burnt hash browns....took it back explained the problem. My replace ment was a burned bagel....won't be going back there .... Buying a coffee maker on my way home...

they for some reason can never make a frozen hot chocolate correctly when i order one i alway end up having to go to the one on aten road to get it done right and i have gotten donuts through the drive thru being told that yes they do have the doughnut i want but i open the box before i leave and it is not there they replaced it without saying anything and when i asked at the window i was told they dont have it i really js wish they could make the drink i dont understand why its so hard to drizzle chocolate syrup in a cup before pouring the drink and the drizzle if any on the whipped cream is very disappointing when i go to the other dunkin its drizzle in the cup on the whipped cream and chocolate powder sprinkled on top i went in today to get one maybe thinking going inside would help at the counter i asked for extra drizzle in the cup and got no drizzle in the cup at all and like 2 lines of syrup on the top i can understand if they’re out or something but just saying that would be nicer than being so disappointed every time

Nice place, busy drive through, coffee was great donuts not as good as they used to be.Employees are busy made mistake on my order offered to replace but I declined. 6 donuts 1 large iced coffee 19 dollars kinda pricey.

Their regular iced coffee, with cream and sugar, was reasonably priced and satisfying. The bacon and egg breakfast bagel was filling and delicious. The staff at the Moon Township location was kind, friendly, and efficient. Order was ready in under five minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Went here at 1pm on a Sunday and they literally have three types of donuts available. I swear they are always out of donuts, guess that’s why they got rid of donuts from their name cause they never have any. Pathetic.
