As of today Jan 24, 2025 I wanted a coffee. The line was dead when I pulled up around 10am. I had asked for a latte and the man repeated the order and I said yes and could you do less ice in that? The man then paused and rudely replied “how about please?” Now I was taken back due to the fact i’ve worked in customer service and you are never supposed to say something like that to a customer, even if they were rude to you. Which I was NOT at all. I make it a point to be as nice as I can to anyone who works in customer service. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, I assumed he was joking so I paused and laughed then said “please?” He then rudely just replied with my total. I would just like to say to the man that had taken my order, I hope karma bites you because you ruined my day. Thank you.

I think his name was Jaylen, a young man last week paid for my meal that was working the window. I forgot my wallet at home and he didn’t want me to leave without my food. He blessed me so much. Also Alexa is always so delightful at the window!

Coffee is always hot, they have good flavor choices, sugar free as well, and they make good decaf. They also have the best avocado toast. Prices are fair too.

Never have any donuts after 10am besides left overs nobody wants. Hash browns are always cold, soggy, and look like mashed potatoes. I’m still flabbergasted that they don’t have any GLAZED donuts at noon. You’re literally a donut place. I asked for 4 pumps of liquid cane sugar in my drink but it still tasted like straight water. Dunkin higher up’s need to start coming into stores and doing damage control before Dunkin continues to go down hill. This location in particular sucks. Thank god I don’t live out here and need to deal with this location on the regular. Just a sad few times a month I do. Also maybe clean up the store and run a broom through real fast to get a spot sweep down.
