The most horrible customer service. I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes, only to be told when I got to the window, that there was no chicken left. This was at 6:45 Pm. I then asked to talk to the manager & she didn’t come over so I blew my horn a few times & when she did come over, she closed the window on me. Got the 16 piece chicken strip family meal with 4 sides, 8 biscuits, 1/2 gallon of Pepsi, I even added 3 pieces of chicken. When’s there since I was in the area, but on my way to my home in New Brighton. Had to ask for the Pepsi. Should have checked the bad, was missing the 4 large sides. Tried to call 8 times, but no answer and recording asks for a code??? So we ate only chicken and biscuits tonight. I paid $49 at KFC and they forgot all the sides.
