I was so surprised withe sedate and unenergetic crew at the Pittsburgh Airport Starbucks. It looked like they were in slow motion. It seemed like they forgot to have their own coffee. The mocha frap right did taste right either.

Don't go here; these people have no manners at all. After ordering NICELY and telling them my name, they decided to name my order Dusty in front of everyone. Terrible customer service. Last time I’ll go to a Starbucks location.

Ordered at the register because there was no line and I had time before my flight and waited and waited for my 1 coffee and it had been over 15-20min I finally asked if they even had my order at this point and they rudely said no and “someone must’ve taken my drink” when I have been standing there the whole time so obviously that wasn’t true. The employee was then very passive aggressive at this point and being obnoxious with the overly smiling of just making me uncomfortable just because they misplaced my ticket. Just rude and unprofessional. Go to the Dunkin’ !!!!

I am from out of town so I don’t frequent the area much. Due to the mixed reviews I was hesitant to wait and order here vs going to a Starbucks before arriving at the airport. I was pleasantly surprised that my drink came relatively quickly (I used the mobile app to order) and that it was accurate. Staff seemed busy but were still polite. I did not order any food.

I had a connecting flight and stopped in to get an iced coffee, I ordered 8 shots of espresso and was questioned “8?” I said yes, I say thank you because I have manners, the staff does not, I then proceed to wait in line with others waiting for their coffee. While I wait the male who took my order says to one of the 2 females working in annoyance “8 shots!!” The female then shakes her head in annoyance. I’m literally looking right at them. Everyone seemed to be below them and annoy them. Every time a customer asked for something and said thank you the staff silently gave them what they asked for and walked around like they would love to be anywhere but there. The atmosphere was so horrible. I’ve never been to such a horrible Starbucks. Like literally these two hate their jobs.
