I ordered a venti, decaf, light ice, iced brown sugar shaken expresso. They gave me a caffeinated drink with EXTRA ice. When I questioned the barista about it she said she used a trenta cup and took up the extra space with ice instead of extra almond milk. She walked away before I could ask her to remake it. I didn’t notice until I got to my gate that she made it caffeinated. I ended up giving the drink to a coworker because I can’t drink excessive caffeine.

My caramel latte was so sweet and light, there was no espresso shot in there. I walked so far and got the latte, came back to my gate and find the latte like sweet milk.

I was so surprised withe sedate and unenergetic crew at the Pittsburgh Airport Starbucks. It looked like they were in slow motion. It seemed like they forgot to have their own coffee. The mocha frap right did taste right either.

Got out order MOSTLY right, as you begin to expect from a chain store coffee place. Slow and bare minimum.

Don't go here; these people have no manners at all. After ordering NICELY and telling them my name, they decided to name my order Dusty in front of everyone. Terrible customer service. Last time I’ll go to a Starbucks location.

Ordered at the register because there was no line and I had time before my flight and waited and waited for my 1 coffee and it had been over 15-20min I finally asked if they even had my order at this point and they rudely said no and “someone must’ve taken my drink” when I have been standing there the whole time so obviously that wasn’t true. The employee was then very passive aggressive at this point and being obnoxious with the overly smiling of just making me uncomfortable just because they misplaced my ticket. Just rude and unprofessional. Go to the Dunkin’ !!!!
