Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The staff are really friendly; one barista with a ponytail was very sweet, and another named Lily was helpful and had a refreshing personality. However, the customer in a wheelchair was disappointed because there is nowhere to sit and no one gave up their seat. The raspberry foam was a delicious substitute for the iced cherry chai. The vanilla sweet cream cold brew with a quarter splash is never a quarter splash, being very light in color and overpowering the coffee flavor.
