Great baristas they are a really talented and friendly staff, but wow is this place a mess! Every week they are out of items, so you can never have what you wanted. This place use to be amazing but the past few months have resulted in terrible experiences. They took away the gift cards and points system, and the staff appears to be tired all of the time. Only gave it two stars for the lovely baristas. We likely will switch to another coffee shop.
I'm assuming the food was frozen. We both ordered a sandwich and it did the job of filling my hunger but wasn't anything to write home about. My matcha latte was quite grainy which wasn't pleasing. However this is one of the only coffee shops we have been able to find open for dine in during covid so it was nice to be able to get out of the house to do work. This was our first visit. We really enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere! My wife and I both got holiday inspired drinks and both were delicious. A great place to hang out for a couple of hours with friends or a good book.
