This is unacceptable I ordered a matcha latte and it tasted completely gross was made with no ice and water instead of milk tasted like green instead of matcha and I am disappointed it had zero sugar and I had to throw it away.

My entire family visited this adorable little code as shop in Coudersport, PA. The menu is a bit scattered and all over the place, so it is very difficult to locate different items, the available customizations, prices, etc. Once we ordered, there was a bit of confusion on the barista’s end with getting everything rung up correctly, and we ended up having to go up and pay a second time because she believed she made an error. We had each ordered a drink and a sandwich, so we were ready for a sizable wait time, which it was. The true problem, though, was the lack of communication behind the counter that resulted in several items being missed and several others being made multiple times by different non communicating workers. In the end, we all got a drink and a sandwich of some kind, so no hard feelings.:)
From a taste perspective, the food and coffee was solid. The espresso had pleasant nutty notes. They do use mostly Torani syrups, so I’d love to see them switch to homemade or Monin for better flavor. The drinks were on the sweet side, so I would also recommend asking for half sweet. The bagels were nice and chewy, and a good size! The sandwiches had a fair amount of meat on them and were very flavorful.
Overall, I think this coffee shop is worth a stop. It’s easy to have a bad day when you work in food service, but I have no doubt the service will be much better when I stop in next time I’m up in Potter County.

We all got a milkshake it was delicious on a hot day. Any ice cream can be made into a milkshake. They had such an array of sweet treats and gifts as well. Such a cute little sweet spot in town. The staff were very nice as well.

I have been shopping here to satisfy my sweet tooth for years. I typically only get sweet stuff here though I haven't tried any of their other goods. However there always seems to be a crowd here and it is a very popular local spot. Their ice cream seems to always be fresh and they're always selling some kind of interesting new baked good. I believe the owner's daughter comes up with some of these fun items. They sell some hard to find candies and some local goods from local producers. Shopping here is a great way to support the local community.

I ABSOLUTELY love cream ‘n sugar so much! Me and my family live in Brasil and have a house here in Coudersport and it’s always a great joy for us to come in and grab a drink or a snack and hang out. There spring special the Shark attack is AMAZING it’s my favorite thing I’ve ever gotten there! I really hope it becomes a regular on the menu item! I’m headed there now to get my shark attack!
