I went to Bardine's for the first time last weekend. I have never seen such fresh meats! And the store was incredibly clean and fresh. When we got there it was very crowded but there we so many friendly people working that it only took minutes for us to get waited on. The gentleman who waited on us was so friendly, kind and patient. He offered samples of things (not the raw meat of course LOL) and treated us like the store was empty and we were the only ones there. I walked out with two racks of baby back ribs, hamburger meat, breakfast links, sausage-stuffed banana peppers, homemade beef jerky, and assorted grocery items. I have never eaten meat so fresh before. Unlike the vacuum-wrapped ribs I've gotten at chain grocery stores, these had no smell to them as I prepped them. The ground meats, both the beef and the sausages, were the best grind I've ever had. No gristle balls, no gross chunks... just incredible quality! Each of these was the best I've ever had from anywhere: Ribs, breakfast sausage, hamburger grind, sausage-stuffed peppers, and jerky. I smoked the ribs and the sausage-stuffed peppers, and grilled the burgers. I WILL NEVER BUY MEATS FROM HIANT EAGLE, SHOP-N-SAVE, not ALDI ever again!

he recently purchased the froehlich's meat market in the West end of Johnstown. definitely commend you for the updates on the building and some of the new products that you're offering there but the one product that you can't take away from Johnstown or the surrounding area people is there bacon I just tried yours and it is not on the same level please bring back froehlich's bacon unfortunately I didn't get a picture of your bacon before I cooked it but the picture of the bacon vacuum sealed is from froehlich's
