Food was to be expected. Service doesn't seem to be able to focus between the drive through & in store customer service.

My primary concern would be on managers yelling at register running to jump between taking orders and handling in building orders. I believe we might have a staffing issue, especially during the daytime.

The food is good, however at peak lunch hours if you're having staffing issues it does need to be sorted out.

As a customer, I will not tolerate a manager yelling at staff, or customers telling them they have to wait for food while we catch up for drive through? This isn't a slave drive. There shouldn't ever be a reason for that.

If cranberry Arby's is that, then expect no consumers and will be investigated.

So I'm on my Washington DC trip with friends and my school (gross) anyways ... So it is our last dinner here, and my friend (thing 1), her burger wasn't cooked all the way, it was pink, too oily, and officially unappetizing!! AND THEN!!! My other friend (thing 4), she order PLAIN fries ... And got a single plane fry, the rest was curly. The chicken was overcooked and too crusty. FINALLY!! (THing 2), she name was mispronounced. Thing 4's shake came out LATE compared to the order of food. Technically everyone's did ... (Thing 100) not one of my friends but still reviewing. His order was 12 dolla dolla, and he gave said employees a 20 dolla dolla, in return only got 2 dolla dolla back >:(

Waited 33 mins for my order after i waited 10 mins to be waited on. ! Watched as 1 on the employees was running drive thru and taking their orders out to them. 3 men working in the back, 1 of which was just standing there, 1 trying to make the sandwiches and the 3rd was walking around. No they were no busy. Will go back to eating at Wendys next door!

food was good but, I didn't like the way the girl who took our order was treated. Her coworkers and he her boss were snobby to he. Treated her like she didn't know how to do the job. If she was new and didn't know anything teach her don't be disrespectful. I do want to mention she was a person of color in a work place full of white people. I'm not saying they are racist but they need to do better.

Was there around 12 o clock and the cashier was a complete idiot and so was the manager for letting this happen…. Gave the guy two 20 dollar bills and then stands there and says we gave him one 20 and one 10… when we know for sure we didn’t! Food wasn’t even that good Mac and cheese was cold…these people were completely incompetent

Veezey Babes (Veezeybaby)

We haven’t had Arby’s in several years and decided to grab lunch and the rudeness of the person working the drive-thru was ridiculous. He acted like we were disrupting his peace and each of our “thank you’s” were met with “yep” and sighs. Waited for over fifteen minutes with two cars in the driveway and of course, no napkins! Train your people better!!

Noah was very pleasant when he took our order. We were dining in but that was not so pleasant. We waited 25 minutes and still no food. 3 people left because no one was waiting on them and orders were still coming in. They filled door dash orders before eat in orders. Brian said that they had to go in order of how they come in. Our order was before the door dash one but the girl was there for the door dash orders. There was also another man who had been waiting for some time as well. I finally at about 27 minutes asked for my money back. There was a drive through order that was waiting and I guess it was about 32 minutes because the one worker was having a fit that his order was still not out to the drive thru. I was trying to get a refund another person came in, not sure if he was waiting in the drive thru for his order or not but he said it was ridiculous and uncalled for. I understand that people have to start somewhere but you don't work all new employees on the same shift. Brian the shift supervisor gave me my refund and my husband said that it was ridiculous and he started to get very loud with my husband saying that this is how we run things. Door dash orders go out first Brian said. He honestly looked absolutely clueless about everything going on which is sad if you are a supervisor. And after seeing all the comments how is this person still employed. That is very upsetting. I was standing there waiting at the counter 10 minutes before I asked for my refund and our food was in the window and had been for quite sometime I was told but no one gave it to us because it was not the next in the line of orders. Just not a very pleasant experience. Will not be returning to this restaurant especially seeing people leave and others getting upset about the wait time for a fast food restaurant.
