Placed an app order today and received top notch service. Food was perfect and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I could possibly need. I've been here several times and even when you can tell there is chaos in the kitchen, they do their best to provide good service. This industry isn't easy. Keep up the good work.

I went at like 9:20 when they closed at 10 and had stated that they couldn’t serve fries because they were cleaning their fryers (which obviously I know it has to be done but I didn’t realize it would be that early) so that was a little disappointing but once we pulled up to the window Brian was very unprofessional and looked like he wasn’t sure what he was doing. I get that people have frustrating days but from the looks of other comments this isn’t the first time. I also got a milkshake which was not mixed in the slightest from him and the poor girl working with him just seemed so defeated and over it. I feel bad for anyone that has to work with him and I will be avoiding that place in the future.

App is glitchy so I miss out on deals making it expensive. Occasionally servers are very curt. Food is always well made though.

Brian the manager on duty stopped orders while there was a long line on counter, to only take care of "online" orders. He looked like he was completely clueless. The girl on counter was very polite but seemed frustrated. Waited 15 minutes and still no service. Brian also coughed all over his hands, stated he was sick, then touched food. Disgusting. We walked out along with other people in front of us. I'd avoid this establishment.
