The only reason im giving this place one star is because I cant give it a zero star rating. My girl friend was assaulted while having dinner by an over served clearly intoxicated older male. They refused to kick this pos out because hes friends with the owner. SHAME ON YOU! Im telling everyone I know to never go here.

My wife left her jacket, I called the next day and they claimed they didn't have it
Although our server tried her hardest to remedy the situation on her own dollar (I wish I caught her name, she was very sweet)- I cannot stop thinking about the experience we had.
There was an older male, blatantly over served, who forcibly knocked my friend out of her seat. Injured her arm/hand (bruised the following day) and spilled her drink. When we addressed the problem with his crowd of people, he proceeded to scream and curse at her. This was all before 8:30pm. It was bad enough that witnesses who were not part of our group also defended her. Once security was involved, they claimed there was nothing they can do as he’s a bar regular and spends a lot of money there. Okay, well he’s also unhinged and unsafe. What a joke of an establishment.
Ethically, bamboo bar is trash. Hope that man spends enough money to be worth losing minimum 10 guests who also like to spend money.

I strongly desire to give this establishment 0 stars. A grossly over served patron became belligerent and aggressive toward a woman sitting in a chair because she was “in his way”. He shoved her chair, knocked her belongings to the ground and hurt her hand. Security was called, but did nothing about it stating “he’s friends with the owner”… I will not be patronizing this business ever again and I strongly suggest no one else does.

I had a terrible experience at the Bamboo Bar. A man, clearly drunk and over-served, shoved my friend off her chair. When we reported this to security, they refused to kick him out, citing that he spent a lot of money there and knew the owner. It's shocking that they prioritize profits over customer safety. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I paid to get into this bar to vibe out with my friends and family and I requested a couple songs multiple times and some girl was up at the dj booth & she yelled at me saying I can’t get any requests. I feel as if I paid to be here I should be able to listen to what I want to hear just as everyone else. Your dj sucks & id probably be a better one to be honest. I like coming here but the service I got tonight was NOT IT. Please fix this!
