This is my first time ordering from them , and let me tell you when I took the first bite I was like omg the chicken inside is juicy and the outside is crispy with flavor omg , and the ranch so good 😊

First time ordering would definitely order again. Very good customer service taking the order and when picking it up. I had their Italian hoagie, best I’ve had in years. My mom had the chicken salad she really liked it and crushed it. My wife had the steak salad her only problem was they use philly cheese steak which is over powering for a salad she expected normal steak, should maybe specify that on the menu. Overall it was great food and I got to finish off my wife’s salad so total bonus. I will try the wings next they got some unique sauces I’d like to try.

Sauce for the wings was way to thin and wouldn't stick to the wings. And the wings we got were soggy and had a weird texture. Over 50$ for 21 wings that we ended up throwing away.

Delicious food! Took an hour because only one guy was working but he was working hard and had great customer service. We’ll call in the order next time because the cheesesteak was delicious!

I had placed an order for the Super Bowl which was sadly never fulfilled. I can understand that, I mean isn't that the biggest day for wings? The restaurant never canceled it with the online system, they just simply didn't fulfill the order, so I never received a refund. I called a week later and was told they were still working on sending refunds. Even wrote down my name and number to make sure I got mine. 2 months later and nothing still. It was nearly $50 worth of food. I would even take a gift card at this point.

First time trying this place tonight. And I must say it was SOOOO GOOOD. The wings are naked and extra crispy with a ton of sauce. The fries a crispy also with good seasoning. The sauce was so good I got Sweet Hot Garlic & Golden BBQ mix and it was great. Also their ranch is homemade and they charge for it. But it's definitely worth it. I did wait a good amount of time but I'd do it again. Definitely will be coming back again. Both gentlemen working tonight were friendly. Great service

The absolute BEST wings and chicken salads you can get in the area! Delivery wings are always a gamble, especially with a 20 minute drive. Ours were absolutely delicious, crispy and the Neopolitan ? My little one is a boneless wing, nugget, strip critic “500 stars best cooker EVER”

The wing sauces are amazing. The wings themselves are not ever crispy. They are soggy and the skin on the wings are rubbery. Please make your wings crispy like many other wing places. Maybe wrapping the Styrofoam container tightly in plastic wrap is the problem. That makes them steam which prevents them from ever being crispy. Put way less sauce in the containers. They are so much better with a glaze instead of swimming in sauce. If the wings were crispy they would be great!

Big Shot Bob Wings are the best ! Love, love, love the Pigeon Wings and the Frank Sinatra ! I highly recommend Big Shot Bob wings !
