Been trying to place an order on their app since 8:20 PM and it kept giving errors. Walked in at 8:50 PM and they said they close at 9 PM and they can’t take my order. If your app is not working and we waled in at 8:50 PM because of that, how is it you can’t make a sinhle pizza for your customers? Will never come here again

So rude!!! Build ur own EVEYTHING u ask for is an upcharge. It was 13.00 for that little 6 cut. Fri nite its dead i see why. 2 pizzas were running and soft. They werent in oven 3 min. And i asked for extra crispy. He mouthed off and boxed them. Didnt even offer to put them back. Pizzas were made so sloppy. For the price 26.00 2 pizzas not worth it, they do not deserve our business so rude, sloppy and unprofessional. Product horrible. Waste of money and time.

Ordered a gluten free pizza with garlic pesto sauce and toppings. First the delivery person went to Seven Fields for some apparent reason. The order was wrong. It had tomato sauce and half the toppings it should have and some we didn’t ask for. Called and talked to the manager and he refunded our purchase but that’s it. I said it was my wife’s pizza and it was her birthday. What was she supposed to eat. His response was totally ambivalent and he seemed like he couldn’t have cared any less. Won’t order from them again.

Food is excellent. Service is not. Pizzas were not ready when I was told to pick them up. They just were making them when I went in. They also did not answer the phone for curb side pick up because they were apparently busy. Don't offer this feature if your employees can't or won't do it.

Only location that doesn’t offer the keto crust. Only reason I ordered from blaze so I can’t eat at this location when it’s the closest one to me.
They are always very friendly when I visit. The food is great. I asked for a joke on the box this time and they put one. It made my day :) Thank y’all.

I have been coming to Blaze since it first opened, and the service has significantly decreased since then. It no longer has the "friendly" and "welcoming" atmosphere. The one woman who took my order kept assuming what my pizza toppings were and overall order without asking me what I wanted, so I had to keep correcting her throughout the entire process. It seemed they were understaffed, so I tried to keep patient. However, the entire time she came across as rushed and just tried her best to get me out of the restaurant as soon as possible. After I received my pizza, it was incorrect, but the entire experience was unpleasant, so I ended up leaving.

Not sure if it’s all locations or just this one that charges more if you would like a normal amount of cheese. Waste of money and not the blaze that it used to be. The uncooked pizza is what they tried to give me for a simple pie for just sauce and cheese. The second is the cooked pizza after I pushed them to add more because it was just sad. Still hard dry spots of crust on the bottom because of uneven sauce and so little cheese. Save your money and buy pizza elsewhere.
Also watched one of the papers for under a pizza fall on the floor and the worker picked it up and put right back on the counter. Was corrected by another worker to change his gloves but the paper that was on the floor still was set back up on the counter where the pizzas all get set to be made. I did speak up and question if they were also going to get a new paper but the one from the floor still sat on the counter for a good minute or two first.
