Food is excellent. Service is not. Pizzas were not ready when I was told to pick them up. They just were making them when I went in. They also did not answer the phone for curb side pick up because they were apparently busy. Don't offer this feature if your employees can't or won't do it.

I have been coming to Blaze since it first opened, and the service has significantly decreased since then. It no longer has the "friendly" and "welcoming" atmosphere. The one woman who took my order kept assuming what my pizza toppings were and overall order without asking me what I wanted, so I had to keep correcting her throughout the entire process.
