When this place first opened it was very good!!! We decided to stop here after the airport and was very disappointed. The first thing I noticed was the patio floor was so sticky and dirty. The chairs on patio were broken and the tables were rocking. I'm not one to judge a person by looks but the waiter was poorly dressed and looked dirty. It felt like county fair. The waiter was very nice. Management needs to get it together. Dirty restaurant, hostess carrying a broom when she seated us, and staff not dressed for success. The burger came out well done instead of medium rare. The rest of our food was good. Manager needs to go down the street to Chik fila and take notes. People want good customer service.

Food was delicious! Wait staff and hostess was awesome! Environment was great! I recommend BRGR to everyone looking for an amazing burger.

This place was great! Stopped in for lunch at the recommendation of some friends who lived in the area. We sat at the bar as usual and the place was very clean with plenty of TVs to watch sports. Started with the fried pickles because we had never had them before...So good. We ordered the Fire in the Hole burger because I love spicy and the Bison burger per the bartender's recommendation. Both were great but the bison burger was the star for sure. Would definitely come back here if we find ourselves in Pittsburgh again!

Wow! I brought my family to BRGR for the first time and we were impressed! My wife enjoyed a classic burger with blue cheese on a lettuce wrap, my youngest son ate a Steakhouse burger and I ordered a BBQ burger with short rib on it. Everything was fresh and great tasting, I like the grass-fed difference, and the greens were fresh and crisp. The cheese didn't taste like it had been sitting out and the buns were soft and toasted to perfection. I made the mistake of ordering tater tots and fries, both were delicious, but for our family of three we had a lot of fries left over. The tater tots were done just right as well, super crunchy with soft potato on the inside and just enough salt. We all split a s'mores milkshake, the toasted marshmallow on top sealed the deal! I have to rank this milkshake in the top 25 and the meal over all is one that would return to eat. There was a slight lag in service, however, the meal we received was worth a minuscule inconvenience. I will definitely return and recommend this restaurant for families. 8/8/2019 Return visit.... the restaurant is not busy(one other table is seated). I waited a full 9 minutes after I was seated for someone to ask us for drinks. The server treated my very smart 7 year old son like he was not a human, speaking very slow and loud. The milkshakes ARE up to par, and the food is just as good. I beg, please get the wait-staff up to snuff and this place will be GREAT! I will try again, hopefully. Thank you for a nice meal.

Since I don't like burgers my choices were limited, but the pulled chicken appetizer was great! Service was wonderful! Go Stanley!

I haven't visited in a while and was disappointed. The menu changed and there were less options for your burger (and this is why you go to BRGR.) Even adding lettuce was a charge - they have no "no charge" toppings. I don't think this restaurant will be in business much longer - they need to innovate, not make their menu smaller and more expensive, especially as compared to similar burger restaurants.

I've eaten at a lot of craft burger restaurants in a lot of places, but BRGR definitely provides the most unique selection. The burgers are out of the box and made to order, and the service was great. I'll definitely eat here next time in Pittsburgh.

There's nothing exactly wrong with the food and atmosphere, but there's nothing quite right either. The table seemed washed but was inexplicably sticky. The burgers were fine but had a frozen gray pallor and consistency. They needed more seasoning, and less of a "if we char everything nobody will notice" coverup. It's like we ordered a craft burger place on ebay and got a cheap knockoff instead. Not quite depressing, but there are tastier options elsewhere.

Food is definitely a bit different (in a good way!). Everything I have tried has been delicious. The Tres Tacos, with pulled chicken almost taste like a bowl of chili (weird but delicious!) Cole slaw is definitely there own take on it, but good and different (again in a good way!) I've had the fire in the hole burger both times as my main dish, as it is delicious. The only thing lacking here is: 1, Cleanliness. The tables and menus are very sticky and 2, like every restaurant I have visited in Cranberry Twp., the waiters or waitress' really could care less how long your drink has been sitting empty on your table. Assuming this is a leadership problem. Do not expect to have quick service. Bottom line, Food is great, service and cleanliness needs work.

Service is excellent, thank you Stanley. The food was hit and miss. Fried Pickles were awesome, burger good, and wings with fries yummy. Skip the sliders always served well done and very little sauce, so super dry. I would skip the grilled cheese app too. The grilled cheese app was dry as well, basically white dry bread toast not buttery, nice thick slab bacon, little cheese, but adding pickles was a nice touch. Manager did comp the sliders as we were no happy, which was good form. Went there on a Monday and they did have Happy Hour 1/2 price drafts and 1/2 price apps.

Want to like this place but it's just not good. One time I was there I saw the staff eat fries off my tray as it was waiting to be taken out. Burgers are just ok, nothing special and not as good as competitors in area.

I can't believe it took me so long to eat here! Fantastic food, great service! Will definitely be here more often!

A fine place to eat. Great staff and a menu that doesn't have to break your bank.

Great first visit to this location. We sat outside on the patio .. was nice! Shout out to Stan who was our amazing server. I had the BRGR burger.. flavorful and different. Ask for the fresh cut fries.. they were so good. The Cajun tater tots were ok.. we loved the mayonnaise biased dipping sauce. "Red Ribbon" soft drinks offered... bravo! Thanks BRGR !
