Visiting from out of town, but a BDub regular at home. We went to watch Football on Sunday. The place was hopping, but our server was super attentive to our needs. The food was great, along with everything else.

I'm angry. 2 days in a row we picked up a 20 wing deal and only got 15 wings. Yesterday I let it go, but seriously 2 times in 2 days. I think I've been bamboozled. Someone owes us 10 wings and a apology.

Waiter neglected to inform us of mustard on Hamburger, forget to not include tomato and kitchen only put two slices of bacon on our burgers despite paying extra $5 per burger for bacon

I was on my way home to Michigan after visiting with my son in Maryland and decided to stop here for some food and to watch the Lions game. I was greeted by a very friendly hostess, and I asked her if the Lions game was on any of their TVs. The manager, Malcolm, took over at that point and personally showed me a table right in front of a TV and turned the Lions game on for me. Then I had a great server Dan, who was also very easy on the eyes lol, take care of me from there. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

Got take out. Didn’t receive half of our order only realized when we got home with it. Our chicken was cold, def could’ve been cooked longer. And the fries!? I would be embarrassed to serve those. They literally tasted two days old. Cold. Rock hard. So disappointed. They did refund us but still annoying to deal with a terrible take out order.

Absolutely the worst food experience I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We ordered fries, and when the manager brought them out, they tasted like they were at least two days old. The fries were cold, stale, and completely inedible. For a place known for its food, this was a huge disappointment. Definitely not worth the visit.

Place was packed in the middle of the afternoon - college football and UFC on the tv's. Excellent food, men's washroom was a complete mess.

Usually always go at lunch time when it isn't really busy. The food is always great, as is the service. It's best to go when they're doing specials because otherwise it can get expensive.
Sometimes the music is a little loud and can make it hard to have a conversation. I understand at dinner time when it's busy but maybe turn it down a little at lunch.
