I was on my way home to Michigan after visiting with my son in Maryland and decided to stop here for some food and to watch the Lions game. I was greeted by a very friendly hostess, and I asked her if the Lions game was on any of their TVs. The manager, Malcolm, took over at that point and personally showed me a table right in front of a TV and turned the Lions game on for me. Then I had a great server Dan, who was also very easy on the eyes lol, take care of me from there. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

Usually always go at lunch time when it isn't really busy. The food is always great, as is the service. It's best to go when they're doing specials because otherwise it can get expensive.
Sometimes the music is a little loud and can make it hard to have a conversation. I understand at dinner time when it's busy but maybe turn it down a little at lunch.

I have rarely come across a store where employees humiliate people so much. They shouldn't be so rude to people. People who order from mobile phones should be shown some respect. You can't treat someone with contempt after waiting for an hour for their order. I hope it gets fixed.

We enjoy coming here. It’s me of our comfort food places. I felt that the quality of food has improved and the service by the wait staff was always attentive. We enjoy Rob’s friendliness and his attention to make you happy. Great bar food, great service, and great place for games. Just BW3 upholding being a BW3! Love it.
Not too great of an experience at this location. My first time here. I went for their BOGO boneless wings night. I ordered 20 wings for take out, and it took 50+ mins. It was pretty crowded on this particular night, but that's still a ridiculous wait for just some wings. Then, most of them barely had any sauce on them and they only ended up giving me 19 instead of 20. Ultimately, 10 of them essentially were free, so I can't complain too much about that. But, there's still a standard expected. Unfortunately, it was not met this time.

I ordered online on a thursday night and my order was screwed up. So I called and figured I would let them know what happened. I spoke to the assistant general manager Malcom and when I told him what happened he wen ona five minute ran about the poor soul who put the order together "Sean" and how he was useless and he needed to get fired and he was useless. Which I felt was totally inappropaute to do to a customer. He even said the guy was a stupid retard to me on the phone. He ended up refunding me my money and is going to be sending me a gift card which I did not expect but do appreciate. However Malcom's behavior towards one of his employees was totally inappropiate and i need to say something about it. I hope the higher ups see this and have a long sit down talk with him maybe he should be suspended without pay for what he said about his employee over the phone to a customer.

i’m 21, my 2 friends are 21, we waited 25min at a table, ordered drinks, just for them to tell us there was a problem with our IDs, they ripped my friends ID. Very passive aggressive, terrible service in all. Before we came we got drinks at Applebees, no problem with the IDs there so?

Good Menu, if you are looking for good wings this is the place the chicken tenders are great too and so is the burger. The drink selection is fantastic and the service is great too. The dessert is also very good if you like cheesecake or chocolate

There were maybe 3 other tables that were occupied. Our server was almost impossible to flag down. We got naked tenders, a burger and wings. We were informed the naked tenders take a bit longer than the rest. We get our food. The naked tenders come out first, 10 mins later the burger comes out and then wings the staple of this place and only 15 wings took 25 mins after the burger came out. The two other people in my party were finished eating before my wings even came out.

Horrible, horrible,horrible,horrible, and the manager on duty tonight couldn’t care less about the cold food and bad service. What makes it worse is this was me giving Buffalo Wild Wings another chance after my horrible experience with the one in Marion Illinois. Never again!!!!!

I was there with 2 co workers recently and waited on by server named Tina. She was condescending and horrible. She seemed annoyed every time she came to our table. We were patient and not once called attention to her horrible attitude. We will not be going back until she’s gone!! She may want to get a different job that she actually enjoys.

I did an online order and ordered sauced wings, and cheese fries. I got chicken nuggets and my sauces and dipping sauces and a cheese in a container. Am I supposed to make it all myself I thought when ordering through the app and ordering sauced items that I would have gotten sauce items, not chicken nuggets, and some sauce overall never going back to that location. I have never had this issue when ordering online and for an employee to say that’s not how they do to go orders is ridiculous 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
