I order through door dash and the food is terrible! The potatoes aren't cooked in the potato salad. The baked beans are thick and dry. The burger even though cooked medium super super dry. I'm so disappointed!

Absolutely a great experience! From the amazing burgers (Custom burgers are so fun to get creative with), crispy chips, amazing shakes, and even better service from our waitress! Everything was hot and fresh and definitely will be a popular option for the family going forward!

I’ve been going to this Burgatory for a while now and the past few times have disappointed me so much, that I don’t think I’ll go back. By the time I am seated at my table, it takes incredibly long to place the order, and receive it from the kitchen. I went to Burgatory this past weekend with a group and we waited a very long time for our meal. Once we got the burgers, we noticed they were hard, and had no pink in them (after requesting the burgers to be pink). Our waiter was very nice and respectful, but the slowness and quality of food is not what is use to be!

Really enjoyed visiting this location. We were seated on the patio which was awesome, such a beautiful day for it. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Our server, Bri, was very kind and attentive. Our food was delicious! The onion rings and fries were fresh. Our burgers were cooked just right, hot and juicy!

Went here for lunch, we love Burgatory. However, today they made my burger a little too “pink”. I listed “no pink” on the paper. The manager, Jacob made it right and was very friendly and understanding. He brought me a new burger and comped 50% of my meal off our bill. The great customer service will always keep us coming back.

The build your own burger option is absolutely amazing! Each time we have come here the order I receive is exactly as I imagine it would be when I was choosing my burger options. And the fresh potato chips are awesome. Crispy kettle style. So good.
