I don't know if this was an off day for this restaurant or what. We sat down at 1, and left at 245... there was only 5 of us, 2 shakes, 5 burgers... Shakes were good, the burgers were mediocre at best. Took them 50 minutes to get us our burgers.. There was maybe 20 guests in the restaurant.. Not a peep out of the waiter saying anything about the slow service or slow kitchen. The food wasn't worth the wait, or the price...

Love their delicious food and ordered take out. When picking up my order , the manager Jake Gardner quickly informed me how the kitchen got slammed and my order would be about 10 minutes. A sincere apology and an offer of a free beer made me feel fine about it. Didn't take the beer but was much appreciated. Great food and service is why we keep coming back. Thanks Jake and crew!

The burger was tasty with good flavor and cooked properly. I chose the pretzel bun, but I think the bun-to-burger ratio is a little too much. I ordered the seasoned fries, which were slightly underseasoned. The cornbread was a bit dense but still good overall. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Ordered take-out from Burgatory while in town on the recommendation of several locals. The real star of the show was the milkshake. Delicious, creamy, and the perfect dessert to my meal.
The packaging was great and kept my food warn while I headed back to my hotel. I found that the bun was a little too-toasted and dry (despite having mayo and bbq on the burger). My burger did have a nice medium cook (hot pink center) but it was more charred on the outside for my preferences.
I opted to upgrade the side of chips to their salad option with the balsamic vinaigrette. This was perfect! Refreshing and made with fresh ingredients.
I would definitely come back to try something else, probably steering clear of the brioche bun next time though.

I have been here 4 times over the course of 3 years and every time I eat here, I get violently ill. I used to get the piggy pbj burger and thought it was the way they cooked that burger medium, after eating it twice and throwing up, so I tried a very basic burger, ordered well done and I STILL threw up after. My husband wants to go here all the time for their wings ironically but we simply can’t because I’m afraid of puking a 5th time after eating. Their fish sandwich was delightful too… but again, would rather not taste the food a “second time”.

The burgers are always great and you can customize them to be anything you like. I always come here when Eric is bartending, he's super attentive and always treats his customers like they're the only ones at the bar. He's the reason my friends and I come to hang out here

I love how vegan friendly this place is!! Their online menus are very clearly labeled and I feel confident ordering here. The vegan mayo is incredible and the shakes are the best I’ve ever had. I do wish the up charge for vegan cheese wasn’t $2…this is very steep :(

Picked up a Togo order this evening, and food tasted amazing, however there was a big piece of plastic stuffed in one of the burgers. As someone who works in a kitchen, I just don't understand how that happens and goes unnoticed.

We just left, the waitress that took care of us on the patio was incredible. I have dietary needs that have to be taken seriously and she was ontop of it without me even mentioning that. She made me feel seen and safe. A+++ food was fantastic (try the vegan peanut butter shake!)
