Food was absolutely fantastic! The whole devil/angel atmosphere with bulls and cows was also entertaining. If I'm ever traveling through or near here again I'll definitely be coming back for another burger.

I love the Waygu burgers here. I always build my own. The habanero jelly is great as are the bbq beans as a side. I do wish they’d bring back the Diablo sauce. Lou was a great server. Had a calming presence about them. Cold brew milk shake was awesome.

My husband and I love Burgatory to start this review…. But this is by far the worst burgatory I have ever stepped foot in. The service is horrible. I ordered one milkshake at when we first sat down. After our food came out my husband made a nice comment to see where the milkshake was. The waitress said she would put it in because she forgot it. Then 20 minutes go by we finish our food…. She says it will be out. 10 more minutes go by and I ask for the check cause we are done and I have a crying 2 month old. I assumed she didn’t put it on the check cause she never ever brought it or said anything about it. Wow was I wrong she still charged us for it. I had to call her back over after she rang us out to say how legal it is to charge someone for something they never received. She started arguing and said I would want it to go (she never asked that). I said no and she said she will take it off. I asked for the manager politely. He was absolutely useless… he only refunded the shake and didn’t do anything else for this ridiculous situation. Do not go here… management doesn’t care about their customers at all and will allow their employees to charge you for services they didn’t provide. (Top it off they brought the shake out in a normal glass as we walked out the door and said to stay 5 more minutes and they will put it in a to go cup.)

The host asked if we wanted a booster seat/high chair - never brought one and somehow thought that three of us were 4 people. It was $8 for a kids meal, charged $0.75 for tomatoes on it, and $1 upcharge for fries. The only thing that was halfway decent was the fries. The burgers were under seasoned with virtually no taste and burnt.As someone who spent years as a chef this was an incredibly disappointing experience. $50 for sub par food for one adult and two children 10 and under.Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't consider a kid friendly environment or menu

Luke was our server. He was very good. For the first time in a long time we have gone to a place and had a younger wait staff that was very good and seemed to take pride in his job. Refreshing!! Keep up the great work Luke no matter what you do in yourife

Shakes were amazing! 3 out of 4 burgers were on point but one was 100% raw.
The food was great! Fries were awesome, burgers were great (I got the double smash burger and my boyfriend got the breakfast burger), and the milkshakes were yummy (fruity pebbles and Choco taco).When we went last month, it was cold outside and the part of the restaurant we were in at the front was very chilly. There were a couple heaters in that section, but they weren't near us so they didn't help.

We had a family (10) event at Burgatory on 2-18-24. I ordered off the menu rather than 'Build-a-Burger'. We all ordered at the same time but they didn't get my order out to me until about 20-25 minutes after the other orders. My burger was overcooked an also my wife's, she ordered medium and it was even crispy on the edges, both were dry. You'll save a lot of money and have a better experience at Red Robin. Burgatory was so noisy it was very difficult to carry on a conversation, they have speakers emitting some awful sounds (music??), my advice to them is to disconnect the speakers.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Buragtory, and it was an absolute delight! The onion rings were incredibly tasty, providing the perfect crunchy satisfaction. The steak burger and the signature burger were both a must-try – bursting with flavor and made to perfection. Buragtory is undeniably a burger lover's paradise, and I can't wait to return for another mouthwatering experience!
