Friday, November 29, around 8 or 9pm. Mobile order through drive thru. I normally go to the Baden Burgerking. However was in Cranberry twp. Had an unpleasant experience with drive-thru. They messed up my order, didn't give me one of the drinks we ordered. So I had to pull around thru again. I am always super nice and pleasant to anyone at the windows. Guy at the intercome I thought said "Hold on" he was speaking low and there was a lot of background noise. I was going to get the order number. He said it again.. and I asked him did he need anything else from me. Was still trying to get my drink they didn't make for us. He said it again, which it turned out he said "Pull Through!" And then after he shouted it, "English isn't that hard lady" Clear as day... Not only did they forget the drink, they insulted me. Will never come back.

The drive-thru line was relatively short, so I decided to use it. There was no wait time, which was a positive. After pulling around, my order was handed to me almost immediately—something I should have taken as a warning. I usually inspect my bag to ensure everything is correct, but after exiting, I noticed my fries were lukewarm, my nuggets were missing, and the hamburger was cold. Due to this disappointing experience, I won’t be returning to this establishment.

There was a blonde younger kid named Joe who was just absolutely rude, I don't know if his day was rough but unfortunately he was so rude we didn't bother making modifications to our meals, I understand it was late (9:07pm Friday) but I definitely won't be coming back
